9:00 – 1:00 Team prep
1:00 – 2:00 Lunch (provided)
2:00 – 4:00 Presentations
4:00 – 5:00 Judging
5:30 – Winners announced

How It Works

​

The theme and teams (4-6 people grouped with complementary skills) will be announced on September 15th. You’ll have two weeks to brainstorm, prototype, and refine your solution. Mentors will be at the Design-A-Thon to help with fine-tuning.

We will do our best to accommodate group requests. Can’t make it in person? No problem! We welcome remote teams, too. Reach out to a Flex team member via Slack to discuss.
